This is our second camper from here. The first go round wasnt the best experience, and just being transparent it was the smell once we kicked the heater on. So if youre shopping online make sure you kick everything on when buying used with animals previously living in the camper.but I will say when a few things went out on the camper they were quick to mail out what we needed replaced. We live four hours away so it was the practical thing to do.Second go round experience so far has been much better. We upgraded to a bunk room for our son. Belinda has been the best part about this buy. She gave me peace of mind as well as transparency which is so appreciated. I feel comfortable knowing if something happens (which things happen no big deal) she will make sure we are good to go. Love the new camper!EDITED TO UPDATE:We had a jack break off at some point during our trip that were brand new, installed before we purchased our RV. Possibly literally as we left the lot. Even though it wasnt the dealers fault they mailed us a new jack with motor, since it is an auto leveling kit. (Not sure the proper terminology) Our sales guy Isaac has been super helpful, and Im so relieved they helped out with this. Thank yall. We have had so many compliments, and are so comfortable in our new home. (We live full time in our RV)
